There are some great places online where people can specifically share their illness story with others. You can even add a journal to them!

Now would be a great time to visit these sites and post something about your own illness. If it seems like a good fit, you may also want to casually mention what it’s like to have an invisible illness and something about National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness Week.
